She studied environmental and resource management and dedicated herself to the sustainable building sector after graduation. For several years she worked for a technical construction office specialised in the plannig of sustainable and energy-efficient buildings. After completing my MSc and BSc studies in civil engineering in Vienna, I worked with prominent Austrian and Swiss contractors and developers. Mainly, I was involved in international business development.

Furthermore, as a managing director, I also run Rhomberg Sersa-RZDstroy GmbH, Vienna-based railway technology joint venture between an Austrian-Swiss construction group and Russian Railways. Among other managerial tasks, I enabled entering new markets and product commercialisation.

Afterwards, I moved to Sweden and acted as business developer for Scandinavia for CREE by Rhomberg GmbH, a construction startup developing timber-hybrid construction technology. This experience was especially beneficial for my MBA studies, in which I specialised in technology management.
